Candi Van Wagner has lived in Bucks County for 19 years where she and her husband and business partner, Bill, have raised their two children. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Bucks County Association of Realtors, as well as a State Certified ePro. On a personal note, she is a two-time survivor of breast cancer, and is extremely active on both the local and national levels in the campaign for a cure. In 2003 she was honored by BMW International and the Susan G. Komen Foundation as the local hero in their annual Ultimate Drive for a Cure. During her childrens' school years, she was an enthusiastic participant and three-time president of the Home and School Association, and has a vast knowledge of the Central Bucks School District. Her personal statement is simple: "Treat each day like a gift. Go out of your way to offer assistance to those who need it or ask for it. Be ever mindful or your priorities, and always hold yourself to a higher standard."
